Jason started his career in estate agency with Halifax Property Services in the early nineties as a junior negotiator. After many years in the corporate world and working his way up to the manager of the Whitstable Branch and then their Deal Branch, the economic tide changed, Halifax Estate agents were sold and Jason could not think of a better time to open his own business.
After over 20 years working in Deal, and now with his own successful business, Jason continues to pride himself on attention to detail, continual improvement and advancement in his own business, with a very real passion for the property market in this wonderful town by the sea.

Kim’s entire career has been in estate agency, starting as a negotiator with an Independent Estate Agent in the East End of London. She moved to Kent in 1986 and for the last 38 years has lived in Deal, Kim therefore has wealth of local knowledge. Kim has worked for independent agents, new home sites and various corporate estate agents including The Halifax. Kim has been valuing properties in Deal for over 20 years and managed a local independent branch. Whilst at the Halifax estate agents she had the pleasure of working alongside Jason and the current team at Jenkinson Estates. She prides herself in a high level of customer service, enjoys helping people and offering the best advice to help clients sell their homes.

Susan has worked in the property industry for over 35 years starting her career in Brighton in property management. She has lived and worked in Deal for the Past 25 years starting her local career with The Halifax Estate Agents alongside her current Colleagues. Susan is office based and enjoys matching the right property to the perfect buyer. She likes solving problems, progressing sales and offers a professional and enthusiastic approach to both vendors and purchasers.

Edward joined the well-established team at Jenkinson Estates in September 2013 having previously worked for a corporate estate agency.
After over ten years at Jenkinson Estates, Ed has progressed and been coached through every aspect of estate agency, gaining valuable knowledge from the highly experienced team, all with corporate background, which enabled him to get the basics right. From the day-to-day office craft and viewings, Ed is also part of the valuing team and helps create the wonderful photography and virtual tours that are used on every property.
Looking for a long and well-structured career, the transition to a high-profile independent agent, with the core values and strong ethics, has been a logical progression.
Ed who has lived in Walmer for the past 18 years is also a helmsman on the local RNLI lifeboat at Walmer, something he volunteers to do in his spare time.

Alex is approaching his third year at Jenkinson Estates after having previously worked within estate agency in south-east Kent and successfully completing his apprenticeship in sales and estate agency he joined the company. Jenkinson Estates was the obvious choice, the fresh approach, traditional values and environment that encourages success on a business and personal level was very important to him, combining that with an award-winning service he looks forward to a great career ahead. Alex moved to Deal at the beginning of 2023, after working in the area for a couple of years, so his local knowledge is forever expanding. Alex enjoys his sports and partakes in many sporting events outside of work and all of which are local teams and events. He also enjoys cooking and is trained to a good standard in multiple cuisines.

Emma joined the team in March 2024 and is originally from Hertfordshire, having started her journey in the world of estate agency straight from collage aged 18 and worked across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and also in Essex for 5 years as a Sales Negotiator.
She Re-located to Deal in 2022 with husband and young Daughter to be closer to family and to ‘live by the sea’!
Emma then worked for a local solicitor for 2 years in the other side of the industry, involved in the conveyancing, before taking the decision to get back into the industry and starting at Jenkinson Estates Lettings in March 2024.
Outside of work Emma likes spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors and trying out new places to eat.

Tina came into in the property industry in 2011 after 11 years working as Team leader coaching a team in telesales for a ferry company in Dover. She started at Your Move as a Property Maintenance Manager which involved being responsible for all maintenance issues in an area of the South East of Kent, as well as conducting check outs, inventories and deposit dispute handling. After 18 Months she changed roles to a negotiator winning many top performer awards within the industry and in 2014 became the Lettings manager of the Deal Branch who were also one of the top branches for profit within the company. After a short maternity break, becoming a mother to two young girls, she came to work at Jenkinson Estates as a valuer and consultant to the world of lettings and is always extremely enthusiastic and passionate about the business, helping people find the best tenants for their properties, as well as helping our extensive list of clients find the right property for them.

Hannah has Lived in East Kent all her life and started her journey in the property industry working for Your Move in Deal as lettings co-ordinator for 4 years, spending her final 6 months there as Sales Negotiator.
When her son started school, Hannah moved onto a local company Husk UK where she spent 5 years part time in telesales and 5 years full time as Sales Support Consultant.
Hannah was married in August 2023 and joined the team at Jenkinson Estates Lettings in February 2024 after feeling a need to get back world of property, and the industry where she enjoyed working the most.
Outside of her work, Hannah enjoys walking her 2 dogs, holidays with family and watching her son playing football.
